LED light therapy is one of the safest and most effective skin treatments you can do at home. The LED light options include:

HOW TO USE:
Step 1: Plug the USB connector into the LED Mask
Step 2: Thoroughly cleanse and pat dry your face (your skin must be dry for the light to properly penetrate your skin).
Step 3: Place the mask comfortably on your face and select your desired LED color.
Step 4: Leave the mask on for 10-30 minutes and relax! Once treatment has finished, remove the mask and follow with your moisturizer or serum of choice.
For best results, use 3-4 times per week.
Precautions:
Do not use the LED Facial Mask if you are pregnant, may be pregnant, or nursing. Do not use the mask for more than 10 to 30 minutes a day, suggested 3-4 sessions per week.
